The process was direct and clear except when it says a free carryon and then go to gate site charged for carry on and charged for checked bag. I understand the charge for the checked bag but not for the carry on that google flights listed it as a free carry on. That is confusing. Date of experience: April 21, 2024. Now I'm sweating bullets thinking that ill be scammed. any good or bad stories associated with GoToGate are welcome, as with any solutions for cancelling this flight. The site is not a scam. It may not be the best online travel site, but plenty of people use them without issue every day.. Go to Gate deals with flights booked via Booking.com. They seems completely unhuman and they are not reading my emails at all. Simply replying with go to the ariline for a refund and compensation.. It is an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs and use a normal travel agent or directly with the airline. Date of experience: April 06, 2024.
